Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:
▼ When will I receive my reservation confirmation?
You’ll receive your Rental Confirmation within 24 hours of booking, once your credit card has been processed.
▼ Do the rentals include beach towels?
No, beach towels are not provided. We recommend bringing your own, or you can easily purchase some at local shops nearby.
▼ Do all rentals have electronic door codes?
Most of our properties feature electronic door codes or lockboxes. Full details will be included in your check-in instructions.
▼ Are coffee filters or hair dryers included?
Some rentals have hair dryers, but we recommend bringing your own just in case. Coffee filters are not guaranteed, so it’s a good idea to pack those as well.
▼ Can I make an early or additional payment or add a different credit card?
We accept credit cards only at the time of booking, and our website does not currently support additional or early online payments. If you’d like to make an early payment or update your card, please call us at 888-567-5150.
▼ Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
We are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. However, you’ll receive a text and email the moment your rental is ready—often earlier than the standard check-in time.
▼ How does the Cancellation Waiver work?
You can purchase our Carefree Cancellation Waiver up to 30 days before your arrival and prior to your final payment. It costs 5% of the total rental amount.
▼ Is beach service included with my rental?
Beach service may be included, depending on the property. Please review the property description on our website for details.
▼ Can you provide contact info for beach service providers?
Unfortunately, we don’t maintain current lists of beach vendors. If you’re in a condo, the front desk may have information. For homes, you can often use your beach credit toward gear and setups.
▼ When will I receive the address for my rental?
You’ll get the property address in your Carefree Check-in Instructions 5–7 days before your arrival. You’ll also receive a text with a Google Maps link once your rental is ready.
▼ How long do refunds take?
Refunds generally post to your credit card within 3–5 business days.
▼ How many parking spaces are included?
Parking availability varies by property. Please confirm at the time of booking.
▼ How do I update the card on file for my final payment?
Give us a call at 888-567-5150 to update your payment method. For your security, please do not email credit card information.
▼ I haven’t received any updates since booking—what now?
After your initial confirmation, you’ll be notified before your final payment is processed. Then, you’ll receive check-in instructions a few days before arrival, and a text/email on the day your unit is ready.
▼ Are pack-n-plays or cribs available in the rental?
Pack‑n‑plays and cribs aren’t guaranteed in every home, but several of our properties do provide them. Check the amenity list for your specific rental, and if one isn’t included, just let us know—our team can put you in touch with trusted local baby‑gear rental companies and even reserve the equipment for you.

▼ What happens to my VRBO/HomeAway fees if I cancel?
If we cancel your reservation, VRBO/HomeAway will be notified automatically. They typically issue refunds for their fees within 10–15 days.
▼ What amenities are provided in each rental?
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes:
- Bathrooms: 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 bars of soap
- Kitchen: Dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs
- Trash: 2 trash bags per waste bin
▼ What’s included in the check-in instructions?
Your Carefree Check-in Instructions will include:
- Property address
- Parking details
- Door codes
- WIFI information
- Other property-specific notes
▼ When will I get my check-in instructions?
Expect to receive your check-in info 5 to 7 days before your arrival. On the day of check-in, we’ll text and email you once your unit is ready—often earlier than expected!
▼ When is my final payment due?
Your final payment is due 30 days before arrival. You’ll receive an automated reminder from our system before the charge is made.
▼ Where do I find the WIFI login?
Your WIFI login details will be provided in your Carefree Check-in Instructions.
